Terms of service

What we do with what you send.

We store the ticket you write, the comments you add, the screenshots you attach, the details of your machine that you choose to give, your Second Life account name and key, and your email address if you supply one. That is the whole list.

We use it to answer your ticket. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anybody outside NeuraCore, and we do not use it to advertise anything to you. If you tick the email box we may write to you about this ticket and about nothing else; leave it unticked and we will answer on the ticket alone.

What we ask of you.

Write about NeuraCore. Do not put another person's password, payment details or private conversation into a ticket — we cannot un-see it once it is written. Be civil: a ticket that is abusive, threatening or insulting will be flagged and closed, and the flag stays on the record.

What you can do.

You can close any ticket of yours at any time. Ask us on a ticket to delete what it contains and we will, unless we are required to keep it. A closed ticket takes no more comments; open a new one if there is more to say.

What we do not promise.

A time by which we will answer. NeuraCore support is run by the people who build it, and a promise we could not keep would be worse than none.
