NeuraCore Support
This portal has no sign-in page, and that is deliberate. Support is opened from inside Second Life, by the avatar it concerns.
How to open a ticket
- Get the free NeuraCore Support HUD from the Second Life Marketplace.
- Wear it in world and touch it. It asks for your language once and remembers it.
- It opens this portal in your browser, already knowing who you are.
The marketplace listing is not published yet. Please check back shortly.
What you will be able to do
- Support ticket If you hold, or once held, a NeuraCore licence: support tickets, bug reports and feature requests.
- Bug report If you sit on somebody else’s licensed seat: bug reports and feature requests.
- Get the free licence If NeuraCore has never heard of you: take the free licence first. It costs nothing and it is what makes you somebody we can support.
Why it works this way
A ticket has to be traceable to an avatar. Asking you to type your own name and key would let anyone type somebody else’s, so the HUD proves it inside Second Life instead — where you are already signed in. The portal never learns a password, because there is none to learn.
